In-App Support Chat

In the bottom right corner of the Relixir dashboard, you’ll find a support chat. This provides:

Direct Support Line

Send questions directly to the Relixir team’s high priority support inbox

Live Chat

When someone on the Relixir team is available, you can directly chat with them and expect a response within 5 minutes

Email Support

If the support chat isn’t working or doesn’t fulfill your needs:
